Parents' Love: My Childhood Sweethearts with Jiang Weidong

Chapter 186 The Boy 8

Chapter 186 The Boy 8

Upon hearing this, Jiang Weidong sat up straight and eagerly said, "I, I'll eat."

Jiang Weiguo smacked his lips. Although he had eaten his fill that night, he was still feeling a bit hungry.

Just as he was about to nod, he noticed that Lin Wangshu's eyes were fixed on Jiang Weidong, and the two of them were looking at each other with perfect understanding.

Jiang Weiguo understood immediately; the noodles were probably made specifically for the second son, and he was just casually asking about him.

So he rolled his eyes in the dark, turned over, and wisely said, "I'm not eating, I'm not hungry."

"Then I'll eat by myself." Jiang Weidong quickly put on his slippers and happily followed Lin Wangshu.

Lin Wangshu made a simple clear soup noodle dish, with two poached eggs and a few drops of sesame oil, which smelled very tempting.

Jiang Weidong's stomach was already growling with hunger. He took a bite of the fried egg, then looked up and asked Lin Wangshu, "Little Moon, do you want some?"

Lin Wangshu shone a flashlight on him, rested her chin on her hand, and shook her head with a smile, "I'm not hungry, you eat."

But Jiang Weidong remembered the time when Jiang Weiguo ate alone, so he put down his chopsticks and ran to the kitchen to get another set of chopsticks and a bowl.

"Then you eat the egg, one for each of us." Jiang Weidong peeled an egg for her, took the flashlight from her hand, and then continued eating.

The rustling sounds from the two had already caught the attention of Jiang Defu and An Jie inside the house.

"Old Jiang, go check outside, see if there are any rats." An Jie was so frightened that goosebumps rose all over her body, and she quickly nudged Jiang Defu next to her.

Jiang Defu was fast asleep, but he had no choice but to yawn and go out to check. He then discovered a faint light coming from the living room.

He was puzzled, so he tiptoed over and saw Jiang Weidong and Lin Wangshu sitting head to head, eating and talking quietly.

The scene was heartwarming, and Jiang Defu couldn't help but smile knowingly. Without disturbing them, he silently returned to his room.

"How are you? What's going on outside?" Anjie asked quickly when he came in.

Seeing her frightened expression, Jiang Defu smiled and deliberately scared her, saying, "Yes, there are two mice, two little mice."

"It's disgusting! Why did you come back? Go kill them!" Anjie was disgusted by what she heard and urged her repeatedly.

Jiang Defu lay back on the bed, saying nonchalantly, "No need, keep them. They don't eat much, and I think they're quite cute. They can keep you company."

Anjie was going crazy. Who wants to keep company with rats? But no matter how much she patted Jiang Defu, he remained lazy and refused to move.

An Jie didn't dare to kill the rat herself, so she could only lie down and awkwardly move closer to Jiang Defu.

Jiang Defu smiled triumphantly, reached out and hugged her, pulling her closer to his chest.

The following days passed uneventfully and boringly. Perhaps heaven wanted to add some spice to the Jiang family's lives, so it sent Old Ding and two German black clams.

Jiang Weiguo adored these two police dogs and would show them off on the island all day long.

He even dug out Jiang Defu's Zhongshan suit and helmet from his home, thinking that walking the dog like that would make him look more imposing.

Jiang Weiguo also brought a lot of his friends over, and he marched in formation and showed off in front of them.

Jiang Weidong watched with envy, but Lin Wangshu found his behavior ridiculous and couldn't help but cover her mouth and chuckle.

"Little Moon, what are you laughing at?" Jiang Weidong asked, noticing his sharp eyes.

Lin Wangshu leaned close to his ear and whispered, "I find Big Brother funny. He doesn't look like a hero; he looks like a white dog in a movie."

Hearing her say that, Jiang Weidong also thought it sounded plausible and couldn't help but chuckle.

Then he straightened his clothes, stood up straight in front of Lin Wangshu, and asked expectantly, "So what do you think I look like in that outfit?"

Lin Wangshu hesitated, her eyes darting around before she said with a smile, "He looks like my brother, he looks like my brother."

"I've always been your brother." Jiang Weidong smiled, completely oblivious to her avoidance of the question.

Unfortunately, Jiang Weiguo's smugness didn't last long before Jiang Defu caught him red-handed and, with a stern face, made him take off his clothes.

Upon reaching the door, Jiang Weidong first pulled Lin Wangshu inside to scout the place, while Jiang Weiguo remained at the door with the dog.

When Lin Wangshu came out again, she saw Wang Haiyang smiling maliciously, instructing Jiang Weiguo to make Nazi gestures.

Jiang Weiguo even thought the pose was quite cool and was having a great time learning it.

Lin Wangshu sighed. This Wang Haiyang was putting on a show, and her silly older brother was actually playing along.

When Wang Haiyang saw Lin Wangshu, his smile froze, and he hurriedly left after saying, "Practice hard."

But Lin Wangshu wasn't about to let him off the hook. Looking at Wang Zhenbiao, who had just gotten out of the car in the distance, she smiled innocently at Wang Haiyang and said, "Brother Haiyang, what was that gesture just now? Can you do it again and teach me?"

This was the first time Wang Haiyang had been treated so kindly by her, and he couldn't help but feel a little smug, completely ignoring Jiang Weidong's unfriendly expression towards him and Lin Wangshu's glance behind him.

So he stretched out his right hand diagonally forward, shouted slogans loudly, and made an extremely standard gesture.

Unexpectedly, a furious shout rang out from behind, "Wang Haiyang!"
