HP Star Shining

Chapter 110

Chapter 110

Taking the note from Harry, Su Xingchen's expression was a little indescribable. She could feel Hagrid's pain and helplessness from this small note. Even though she knew that Buckbeak was alive and well in the end, it could not offset the sadness that spread from the note.

"We have to get to it right away," said Harry. "We can't leave him sitting there waiting for the executioner."

"Yes." Su Xingchen agreed very much, which was rare.

This time, it was not because of the plot, but because he truly thought the same as Harry and went to accompany Hagrid.

"But at sunset..." Ron looked out the window with a dull look in his eyes, "They won't let us out, especially you, Harry."

Harry was choked up, holding his head in his hands as he thought, "If only the Invisibility Cloak was still there."

Su Xingchen widened his eyes when he heard this. The invisibility cloak disappeared?

"Where is it?" asked Hermione.

Su Xingchen was relieved to hear that the Invisibility Cloak was not lost, but was caught by Snape after Harry secretly went to Hogsmeade last time and did not have time to get it back from the one-eyed witch.

She had no recollection of Harry losing his invisibility cloak, and she thought the plot had fallen apart.

"If Snape sees me around there again, I'll be in trouble." Harry scratched his hair.

Because Snape was always watching him, he never dared to take it back.

"Yeah." Hermione stood up. "How did you open that witch's hunchback?"

After listening to Harry's instructions on how to open it, Hermione strode out. However, she had only taken one step when someone grabbed her wrist. She looked at Su Xingchen in confusion.

"You're not going to get the Invisibility Cloak, are you?" Ron said, his mouth wide open in surprise. "Hermione, you haven't been like yourself lately."

You know, Hermione is a good student who abides by the rules.

Hermione raised her chin, appreciating Ron's words.

Su Xingchen pushed her back into the armchair and said leisurely under the doubtful gazes of the three people, "I'd better go. No one will doubt me."

Harry and Ron remained silent for a rare moment without objecting.

Yes, in everyone's eyes, she has always been a timid and good girl, and she is not as picky and stubborn as Hermione. How could she deliberately violate school rules and regulations?

She just so happens to know the way to the One-Eyed Woman Road. Isn't she the chosen worker?

Without waiting for anyone to say anything, Su Xingchen left the common room. About a quarter of an hour later, she brought back the invisibility cloak hidden in her outer robe. It was so smooth that it was unbelievable.

You see, she said that she was the chosen worker.

The four of them followed their classmates to the Great Hall for dinner as usual, but did not return to Gryffindor Tower after dinner.

They hid in an empty room next to the hallway until they were sure that no one was there, then they put on their invisibility cloaks and quickly walked through the hallway.

The invisibility cloak was obviously too small for four people to share, so they had to squeeze together tightly.

The sun set behind the Forbidden Forest, and the afterglow dyed the trees golden.

Hagrid saw that the four people did not rush over and did not cry, but sometimes helplessness is more sad than tears.

Harry, Ron and Hermione comforted him. Su Xingchen looked at the sad faces of the few people and planned to make them a pot of tea to relieve their emotions.

She picked up the milk can and a small black shadow darted out of it.

"Scabbers!" Ron screamed. He thought Scabbers was dead. "What are you doing here?"

He quickly grabbed the struggling mouse and lifted it into the light.

Scabbers looked scary, thinner than before, with more hair loss and many bald spots on his body. He twisted in Ron's hand, as if struggling desperately, which made him look even more terrifying.

Su Xingchen got goosebumps all over her body. That ugly thing just now, stepped on! Her! hand!

This hand is useless and can't be kept.

Hagrid suddenly stood up and looked out the window. "They're coming."

The four of them quickly turned around to look.

A group of people came down the castle steps from a distance.

In the front stood the Headmaster, Albus Dumbledore, his silver beard gleaming in the setting sun, followed by the Minister of Magic, Cornelius Fudge, and at the end was a doddering, unfamiliar face.

At this time, even if no one knew this person, they knew that he must be a member of the committee and the executioner.

Ron stuffed Scabbers into his pocket, Hermione grabbed the Invisibility Cloak, and the four of them quietly left the hut from the back, guided by Hagrid.

As they passed the pumpkin patch, Harry was struck by a strange sense of unreality, a feeling that intensified after he saw Buckbeak.

There was a knock on the front door of the cottage.

The four of them walked quickly along the sloping lawn towards Hogwarts Castle.

The sun set quickly, and the last rays of sunset dyed the sky blood red, casting long shadows, leaving only a ray of ruby-like light in the west.

There was a dull thud of an axe falling behind him.

Hermione's body swayed, tears streaming down her cheeks. "They really did it. How could they... How could they..."

Su Xingchen wanted to comfort her, but then he retracted his hand as he stretched it out.

Harry was also shocked and his mind went blank.

"Let's go." Ron's face was pale and his teeth seemed to be chattering.

The four continued walking towards the castle, but this time they walked very slowly. When they reached the Quidditch pitch, darkness fell like a spell.

"Scabbers, be quiet, you stupid rat." Ron stopped and tried to stuff Scabbers deeper into his pocket. For some reason, Scabbers struggled violently.

Harry saw Crookshanks walking towards them silently, his body low to the ground, his two large yellow eyes flashing an eerie fluorescence in the darkness.

"Crookshanks," Hermione called out. "Stop messing around and get out of here."

But the cat didn't listen to her and came closer.

The mouse bit Ron's hand hard, and when he let go, it fell to the ground and ran away quickly.

Crookshanks leaped forward and gave chase.

Before Harry could stop him, Ron had already thrown back the Invisibility Cloak and rushed into the night.

The three of them ran after him, but they couldn't run fast enough with the Invisibility Cloak on, so Harry pulled it off.

There was a loud noise from the front, followed by Ron's voice, "Got it."

Harry and Hermione almost fell on Ron. They stopped their legs just in front of Ron. Su Xingchen, who was a little slower, bumped his shoulder into Harry's because of the sudden stop of the two.

In order not to affect the relationship between Hermione and Ron, she had deliberately chosen the outermost position and stood next to Harry, just to prevent Hermione from hugging her instead of Ron when she was sad.

In the end, Hermione didn't hug Ron like in the movie. Sue Star in the Melon Field was very disappointed. She was deceived!

Not only was she cheated, but her shoulder is hurting now!

Before they could catch their breath, they heard the sound of claws hitting the ground behind them.

Something was running towards them, light as a shadow—a huge black dog with gray eyes.
