Chapter 5 Future Planning

Lin Shushu carried the rabbit to the riverbank to clean it and check its injuries. After examining its entire body, she couldn't find any open wounds; it seemed to be an internal injury. But how could a rabbit suffer internal injuries?

Lin Shushu was completely dumbfounded when she saw this. Planet maintenance fee? What is that? Is it too late to transfer the planet now?

Despite her complaints, Lin Shushu understood that she had no choice but to pay the fee. Not to mention that she had many secrets and needed a space of her own, even if she could transfer it, where would she find a worthy scapegoat? The ancient Earth eventually perished due to the hegemony of certain countries and the constant warfare and conflicts it stirred up. As Earth's resources were about to be exhausted, the whole world finally woke up and hurriedly began global cooperation to seek new ways out in outer space.

Thanks to the combined efforts of scientists worldwide, ancient Earthlings finally found a star system suitable for human habitation, and thus the interstellar migration plan began.

The migration process was not smooth; of the billions of people in the world, less than one-tenth successfully reached that star system. Coupled with conflicts with the original inhabitants, ultimately fewer than two hundred million people survived and multiplied.

In this process, very few cultures survived, and countless ancient texts were lost or destroyed in numerous conflicts. It can be said that most modern interstellar humans only know that their ancestors came from ancient Earth, but have no concept of anything else about ancient Earth.

After arriving in the interstellar era, people discovered that although the environment here was survivable, they faced the constant threat of insectoid attacks and polluted air.

To cope with the harsh environment, humanity has had to adapt, and today, the physical strength of interstellar humans far surpasses that of Earthlings. Even royalty, without the main AI's permission, have no authority to view her information.
