As the chicken soup bubbled in the pot, Ruan Jianan's thoughts drifted far away. He recalled the little details of their acquaintance, love, and good times they had spent together, and their vision and expectation for their future life. He knew that this quarrel was just a small episode in their lives, and their love would not fade because of it.

The chicken soup was ready, and Ruan Jianan carefully brought it to the room. "Yanan, I made chicken soup for you, please drink some." Ruan Jianan's voice was gentle and sincere.

Lin Yanan's crying gradually subsided, but she still didn't turn around. Ruan Jianan put the chicken soup on the bedside table, then sat by the bed and gently held Lin Yanan's hand.
