Chapter 184: The Amazing Mission of the Trans-dimensional Nanny

Lily and her team had just returned from their adventure in the laboratory and were about to enjoy a sumptuous dinner when a sudden portal appeared in front of them.

"It looks like we have a new mission." Lei Te sighed, "When will this day end?"

"Stop complaining and look what it is this time." Lily approached the portal and out of it came a robot in a bright pink uniform holding a baby cradle.

"Hello, I'm the time-space nanny 'Beibei', from the future, please accept this urgent task." Beibei's mechanical voice sounded particularly serious.

"What urgent mission?" Nana asked curiously.

"Take care of this baby." Beibei opened the cradle, revealing a pink little baby with big eyes, looking around curiously.

"Take care of the baby?" Xiao Ai said in surprise, "We are brave adventurers, not babysitters!"

"This baby is very special. He will be the future guardian of time and space, but he is still in the growth stage and needs careful care," Beibei explained.

"That sounds challenging." Lily smiled, "We accept the task."

Beibei handed the baby to Lily, provided a detailed care guide, and then disappeared into the portal.

"Well, we're full-time babysitters now," Rhett said helplessly, "What's this little guy's name?"

"His name is Xiaoyu." Lily looked at the baby, and an inexplicable warmth surged in her heart. "We will take good care of him."

They began to take care of Xiaoyu according to the guide, but soon found that the task was much more complicated than they had imagined. Xiaoyu not only needed ordinary baby care, but also often had some strange phenomena, such as suddenly floating in the air or teleporting to another room.

"This little guy is really a little magician." Nana said with a smile. She tried to use magic to fix Xiaoyu in the cradle, but Xiaoyu always broke free easily.

One night, Xiaoyu suddenly started crying, and no matter how they tried to comfort him, it didn't work. Lily suddenly had an idea and decided to try singing a lullaby. She sang softly, and Xiaoyu really calmed down and slowly fell asleep.

"He's just a child." Lily said gently. She walked over and picked up Xiaoyu. "We need more patience."

At this moment, a figure suddenly appeared in front of them. It was a man in strange clothes with a weird smile on his face.

"Hello, I'm the time and space hunter 'Simon'. I heard that you are taking care of a special baby?" There was a dangerous light flashing in Simon's eyes.

"What do you want to do?" Lily asked warily.

"I just want to take a look at this little guy and 'borrow' some of his power." Simon sneered, and he waved the staff in his hand, and a powerful energy wave hit them.

Lily reacted quickly and used magic to block the attack. Leiter and Xiao Ai also quickly joined the battle and started a fierce duel with Simon.

"Xiao Yu, hide quickly!" Nana shouted, and she cast magic to protect Xiao Yu in a transparent barrier.

The battle was extremely fierce, and Simon's strength was strong, but Lily and her team did not back down. They worked together and finally found Simon's weakness and successfully defeated him.

"You win this time, but I will be back." Simon said gritting his teeth, and then disappeared in a black mist.

"It was a close call this time." Lei Te wiped the sweat from his forehead. "Who is this guy?"

"No matter who he is, we must protect Xiaoyu." Lily said firmly.

After this battle, they took better care of Xiaoyu. Although Xiaoyu often caused some troubles, Lily and her team gradually learned how to deal with these problems.

A few days later, Beibei appeared again, checked Xiaoyu's condition, and nodded with satisfaction.

"You have done a good job. Xiaoyu has entered a safe period." Beibei said, "I will take him back to the future and continue his growth path."

"We will miss him." Xiao Ai said reluctantly.

"Thank you for your help. You are the best caregivers." Beibei said gratefully, then disappeared into the portal with Xiaoyu.

"This mission is really unusual," Nana said with emotion, "but it also taught us a lot."

"Yes, taking care of Xiaoyu is hard, but it is worth it." Lily said with a smile.

"What will we face next?" Rhett asked curiously.

"Whatever it is, we will face it together," Lily said firmly.

The team is ready to go again. They know that there are more adventures waiting for them in the future, but no matter what they encounter, they will face it together and move forward bravely.

"Let's go to the next stop and continue our fantasy journey through time and space!" Lily announced loudly.
